Note
The Keenetic RMM Beta service is under active development and beta testing, and we have big plans for its evolution. We value user feedback to our technical support engineers or directly to the developers so that we can quickly find bugs and fix them as fast as possible.
There is a special '' section in our Community Forum, where you can leave your questions, feedback, first impressions about Keenetic RMM Beta and discuss development plans or offer new features.
You can find articles and instructions on using the cloud service on the Help Center website under the 'Keenetic RMM Beta' section.
To log in to Keenetic RMM Beta, go to rmm.keenetic.com.

Then, click 'Log In' to access the Keenetic RMM.

Login is performed through the unified user authentication service Keenetic Account.
If you do not have a Keenetic account, refer to the 'Keenetic Account' article.
Important
Two-factor authentication is available in Keenetic Account. Activating two-factor authentication is not mandatory. It is an advanced security feature, in addition to your regular login and password.
If you forgot your password, use the password recovery form by clicking on 'Forgot password?'
You can log in to your Keenetic account in several ways, choose the one that works best for you:
Login+Password combination. Use your Keenetic Account
e-mail
as your login.Access via a previously created Google account, Facebook profile or Apple ID account.
Tip
If you have a Google, Facebook, or Apple account, you can opt out of the registration procedure and connect to your Keenetic Account using one of the accounts. In this case, the registration process will take less time, and you won't have to go through the e-mail confirmation step.
To add a device, click 'Add network'.

You can add a network in two ways:
Using the 'KeenDNS Address' option — a convenient domain name service for remote access.
To connect and configure KeenDNS, follow the 'KeenDNS service' instructions.
Or via 'Service Tag' c printed on the bottom of the device.
It consists of
15 digits
and looks like:XXXX-XXX-XXX-XXX-XXX
The Login+Password pair must be entered for the device to be added.
Important
The router's operating system version must be 3.6.3
or later.
Network Privacy Management
Our service has a feature to control network privacy:
Private network — a personal network that is not visible to other team members;
Team network — a public network that is visible to team members.
You can set up network privacy:
When adding a network — the 'Mark as private' checkbox;
On the 'Networks' page — through an additional menu;
For several networks at once — through group actions.
Our service provides the ability to import devices that are registered through the Keenetic Account.
You can read more about registering devices in the "How do I register my Keenetic device?" article.
Click 'Import routers from Warranty App' on the homepage or sidebar menu:

Select the devices you want to import into the RMM:

Once selected, click the 'Import' button. It will take up to 1 minute
to import and download information.
Important
Wi-Fi system extenders that have not been registered before automatically become under warranty when the Wi-Fi system controller is imported.
Location is a powerful and effective administrator tool with which you can monitor a selected network consisting of a router (controller) and all extenders connected to it. Here you can get summary information about various important parameters, for example, such as the status and speed of Internet connections, parameters of the processor load (CPU) and RAM of the device, quickly find out the number of connected devices (hosts), detailed information on each connection, see graphs of traffic distribution by connected devices and types of connections, distribution of connected devices by segments.
To go to the Location page, click on the network header or use the context menu on the Network List page.
The detailed web page consists of 4
chapters:
Let's learn more about each of them.
Dashboard
The Dashboard page displays important and relevant information for network monitoring and administration. Information is available in various forms.

Important
You can seamlessly access the web interface to controller of your network. You can find out how to set up access from the Internet to the web interface here.
The top sidebar consists of the network status, the number of network devices and users connected to the network, as well as the CPU and RAM parameters.
More information about statuses and errors for the Warning network status can be found here.
The Ethernet connection block shows all the available connections of your controller, as well as the parameters of this connection.
Note
If your device has more than 1 connection (for example, a backup channel via a 4G modem), this connection will also be displayed in this block.
Traffic Distribution chart for the last
24 hours
is available in2
types:Hosts — traffic distribution for registered devices only. Unregistered devices are displayed as 'Unregistered devices traffic'. If you want to register a device, you can do this in the Keenetic web interface.
Important
If your device has been updated, rebooted, reset, etc., in the interface you will see the data from the moment the device was rebooted.
Connection type — wireless and wired connections
Hosts Distribution chart is available in

The statuses are presented on the 'Networks' and 'Devices' summary pages and duplicated on the detailed page of the selected network.

Status is highlighted with the colour indication for a quick reaction:
Grey can indicate multiple statuses:
Loading — the status is relevant for the network that was added, and the data is currently being loaded for Keenetic RMM's interface.
Confirm rights — there are several scenarios in which you need to re-verify the rights for this network or this device. You need to click the 'Confirm rights' button and enter the login and password from the device.
Important
While the network or device is in the 'Confirm rights' status, we do not receive data and, therefore, cannot display it in Keenetic RMM Beta.
Green — Online — network or device is available.
Note
The devices are polled no more often than once in
15 seconds
.Red — Offline — network or device is not available.
Note
The Offline status appears if Keenetic RMM has failed to poll the device
3 times
in a row.Yellow — Warning — there are issues and errors; user action is required to fix them. Details of the errors are given below.
